Good question...It would depend on what he/she is going to do. Is he investing the money? Maybe starting up a business that deserves lots of his/her time...? If so, then they are not being lazy, rather they are looking out for their own self interests....

No, I would consider them lucky.They can be free to do what they want and find out what they really want out of life.
