Great Question ChainGang!
Thank You!Let's start...
1.Definetely the Tag Team Division which actually nowadays suck!
In the past we've got Hart Foundation,The Rockers,The Legion of Doom e.t.c..Furthermore..in the near past we've got Edge & Christian,The Dudleyz,The Hardyz,Eddie & Chavo The Los Guerreros..i mean you were going in a PPV or in a show and you were sure that you are going to see great Tag matches with great suspens! We sometimes have watched tag teams like Austin/HHH,The Rock & Sock,Taker & Big Show e.t.c becoming WWF/E Tag Champs..we have watches a great match The Rock&Austin vs Taker & Kane in a steel cage! Now who we've got in the WWE..there is only Londrick which are good but simply not enough! The WGTT aren't getting a push that they deserve..and The Hardyz are in different brands. There is also MVP & Matt but i don't see that stands for a very long time!OK...Tag Team Division is the first!
2.Women's Division..then again!Cause we have watched great matches from legendary female wrestlers like Trish Stratus,Lita(perharps the best wrestling ability in woman ever),Chyna,Jazz and Victoria and of course The Miz(lol)!
Now most of the women can't wrestle!Victoria is often inactive..Mickie James is good and Beth Phoenix has the talent in my eyes to become the new Chyna..but that's all!i mean...Candice the Women's Champ? As far as i don't have a problem with Candice, she isn't a good wrestler...no doubt about it!2nd)The Women's Division!
3.Cruiserweight Division:The real reason is not that we haven't got enough talent like the other two categories i focused on earlier!I can admit that there is a lot of talent from Mysterio,Moore,Londrick,Chavo,Yang e.t.c but they aren't used the way are supposed to it!I'll explain to you in the 4th thing that i would have been changed!3rd The Cruiserweight division(not exactly the wrestlers)!
4.Definetely..i would have employed some good writers for STORYLINES!As i said before the Cruiserweight Division looked pretty good in previous years cause they have put up some good storylines. Now WWE hass run out of ideas..all the storylines are for the Heavyweight Division and they have forget about the Intercontinental Championship's storylines as well as for Cruiserweight and Women's Championships!I will have focused more on this one.In the past he had great feuds for the IC title as much as like Y2J vs Christian.!Randy Orton vs Edge e.t.c and for the Cruiserweight the last time i saw a real feud was Rey vs Chavo back in January..No offense to Hornswoggle but that destroys the WWE Cruiseweight Division!Which is your last tme you saw a promo before a Women's Championship??Back in the Lita vs Trish days they are hyping a title match like an Intercontinental one or even a Heavyweight!
5.And last but not least..i will not push the same guys again and again like Vince does..(Batista,Cena e.t.c).I will push a little bit Shelton Benjamin,Mr.Kennedy and M.V.P and some other to the main event status...I don't want these guys become the new Arn Anderson who is a legendary and amazing wrestler(one of my favourites) but he has never held a Heavyweight Title!
That's all ChainGang!
That was an amazing Question and i am a little bit tired right now with all of the typing...lol...no offense my friend!

A chief executive officer (CEO), or chief executive, is the highest-ranking corporate officer or executive officer of a corporation, or agency. Typically, a CEO has cadre of subordinate executives, each of which has specific functional responsibilities. These direct reporting relationships most often include: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Information Officer. Although not an Executive, the Director of Human Resources plays a vital role within any corporation. However, depending on the industry in which the company operates and/or the organizational structure the company has employed, various other functional areas may be highlighted through the CEO's direct span of control. Some of these less common monikers include: Chief (Business) Development Officer, Chief Knowledge Officer/Chief Learning Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Credit Officer. A Chairman is selected by a company’s board to lead it, chair meetings and lead a final consensus from a disparate point of view among its members. The Chairman is the presiding Director over the other Directors on the board and must be fair, a good listener, and a good communicator. Directors have a high level of fiduciary responsibility of overseeing the operation of a corporation. Traditionally, the Chairman also holds the title of CEO and combined, these are the highest ranking positions in a corporation. The term President is often used interchangeably with Chairman, although this use is more prevalent in the United States. The CEO is the head of the Management Committee, and usually reports to the board, which is headed by the Chairman. As far as the boards of public companies are concerned, the role of the chairman of the board as distinct from that of the company's CEO or managing director has more recently been brought into focus, stemming from alleged corporate governance shortcomings observed in companies where the two roles are combined. A pivotal document regarding effective governance is the Cadbury Report, the recommendations of which have been adopted to greater or lesser extent by the European Union, the United States, the World Bank, and others It seems to me to be the case that sometimes the President becomes the Chairman when a company is re-organized. Managing director is the term used for the chief executive of many limited companies in the United Kingdom, Commonwealth and some other English speaking countries. The title reflects their role as both a member of the Board of Directors but also as the senior manager.

First and foremost- Actualy listen to the fan polls! The WWE's saving grace is that most of their fans have been so for a while and are very loyal. Otherwise, as of late, The decline in fans would cause the WWE to go out of wrestling. Honestly, even Cena fans saying "Enough!".
Second- Move the diva search into an unfamilliar place- The rings of the indy circuit and not the beach doing the limbo. Their shouldnt even be divas. Leave them for the music business. Hows about some wrestlers instead!
Third-Cut the roster down. I have been watching upwards of 25 years and there are still guys I dont recognize. How can anyone become a legend nowadays with so many people coming and going?
Fourth- Get rid of the WWE title. Remember when there was only three titles and having one really meant something? Yeah, those were the days! Now its like oh yay! I won the wrestlers who are 28 years old title! Its ridiculous!
Fifth and last- Put Cena in jail for defacing a title that once had a proud heratige. I mean a spinner? Cmon!
I dont expect to get best answer....just look above mine.......

1. Create a meaningful tag team division
I would do this by merging the tag titles. Not every team would need to be on every show, so it wouldn't kill the wrestlers with travel. Just defend the tag titles on Smackdown one week, Raw the next. And I would NEVER have a tag team lose to a singles wrestler. Or, remember the time that HHH and Shawn beat EVERY tag team on Raw in a handicap match? Yeah, that'll kill a division really quickly.
2.) Put together a cruiserweight division again.
I'd get some more of the guys who've all been fired lately back and have a cool cruiserweight division. Think TNA X-Division (without the 1 minute matches TNA has) meets WCW Cruiserweight/Luchadore days. (People would be flying over the top onto piles in 6 or 8 man tag matches. There's be great moves ect.)
3.) Push those with real/good talent. IE: Shelton Benjamin is FAR too good to be used as he is.
4.) Make ECW more of a development squad. They sort of do this now, but featuring the same 9 guys every show is sort of silly. Instead, why not have the "Stars" win in matches over developmental guys. (keeping the main event an ECW vs ECW contest)
5.) Take the McMahons OFF TV. Less 'stupid' comedy (Vince), more WRESTLING.
Note: There are pleanty more things I'd do. From storylines, specific things for each wrestler, bringing back stables, managers, ect. but you asked for 5, so 5 you get.

- Change the shows around...
Raw: Have the WWE title, IC title and Womens Title on the show. Have the bigger names guys here, IC title have to top teir midcarders and have all the women here.
SD: World title, Tag team title and Cruiserweight title
The Tag team titles can be made prestigious with ALL of the teams on one show, it also makes them original
ECW: ECW title and a TV title which is their midcard title
They need to get guys from other shows on here - Batista, Finlay and Kane for example to make then legit
The aim of this is to make each shows different
- Push the right guys
Guys like Shelton, Elijah Burke, Kenny Dykstra are the future of the WWE and need to be made legit wrestlers or no one will take them seriously. This is where the midcardbecomes important
- Have less PPVs, its becoming way too much. Also Cena keeps maineventing them so they are repetitive.
For example, Rumble - Mania - Bring Vegence up to May - One Night Stand - Great American Bash (War Games) - Summerslam - Survivor Series - Armaggedon - New Years Revolution. Thats enough for the year
- Form a faction, the WWE needs a faction to involve some of the roster, i suggest The Nation of Domination - Lashley, Burke, Shelton with Melina as manager.
Or whatever seems good
- Cut some of the roster and only bring in REALLY useful guys. Such as Jericho, Mistico and Bryan Danielson, cut guys who you dont need - Mike Knox, Snitsky, Umaga etc

If I was WWE chairwomen. I would really adress my concerns for all the problems the wrestlers have been haveing lately.
# 1 Along with makeing sure they get reguerly tested and comply with the well ness program I would set them up with some kind of regular counseling program to help them deal with what ever issues stress and strains and problems they , may be currently haveing and or have been going that help contribute to what some of them have been doing to themself.
# 2 I would require them to have scheduled black out dates on there contracts where they are required to take time off so they can have the adequite rest they need to rest themself and there bodies to recuperate from there injuries , fatigue problems. and stress from there hetic schedueles tours and shows on the road.
#3 I would work on takeing pressure of the wrestlers shoulders by contributing equal storylines for charecters on the shows and on the road so they get as much push and reconition as the other big name wrestlers/superstars with the brand. So ,some of the big name wrestlers could get a break and rest. and the other wrestlers that are trying to work there way to the top can get noticed and and make a name for themself in the industry.
I would require progress, and update reports on all my talents/wrestlers so I could keep track and help intervine and help prevent any unwanted tragidies concerns and problems.for them the company or there fans in there carrers.
And , last but not least I would make it a little bit easier for the wrestlers and fans to be able to interact with one another.
Basically ,that's it my concepts through the eyes of a fan that I feel would really contribute to better performing and healither and happier wrestlers/talents and fans.

Here's what I would do:
1. Make one huge roster instead of having 3 rosters.
2. Make more fun and interesting storylines.
3. Have more tag teams (including Divas as well).
4. Bring the Hardcore Championship back.
5. Make more violent matches.
I also starred the question.
