OK. I know that everyone always says teachers, nurses, etc.
I agree, they for the most part, do feel unappreciated. But what about all the truck drivers, waitresses, garbage men and other so called non-professional people. Without them where would we all be? To be honest, until I watched the television show, "Dirty jobs," I never really even thought about how little these people are appreciated. I now have a whole new perspective for the people who do the jobs that most of us wouldn't even attempt.

Other than teachers, the next one in line are the project managers. During the project, a company may either give you the boot after completion or push you around for a faster job completion though.

Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)

daycare workers - they are in charge of small children, help in the crucial early developement - and are treated as babysitters and get paid minimum wage. i worked at one for about 6 months, and loved it - but had to leave because the pay was so minimal i couldn't make my bills.sad. teachers also - underpaid and under appreciated. i may add firemen also. there are lots of jobs where people aren't appreciated - garbage men, delivery/mail men etc.

make a point to thank everyone from now on =)

any field working with children...it is really sad, especially here in the U.S. where people get paid millions of dollars to play with balls, but we, who are raising people's children, get paid peanuts...sick...happy day:)
