government cover up? oh grow up. I bet you think Bush rigged and stole the '04 election.

they guy had a legitimate question and some jerk cut him off so John F-ing Kerry wouldn't have to embarrass him self by trying to answer an Honest question.

now, did he deserve to be tazered? well, yeah. he was warned by the cops to stop, and he didn't. welcome to the police state that hillery and kerry want to force on everybody.

personally I'd put John F-ing Kerry up on charges of TREASON along with Teddy Kennedy (along with Murder charges on kennedy's part), so I have no interest in Kerry what so ever.

More and more everyday it seems we are living in a police state!! FYI- Numerous anti-war demonstrators were arrested in washington DC for simply reading the constitution!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDfW8AHgy_U
After september 11th the constitution has been under constant attack by the US government!! In the presidents own words "...keep throwing the constitution in my face...Its just a goddamned piece of paper", shows the begining of a dictatorship. Another popular quote from the president "...this would be a whole lot easier if this were a dictatorship...as long as I am the dictator". It is a crime what has happened to America and no-one bothers to notice our freedoms disappearing!!! I hope everyone reads the 4th link I added, the white house presidential directive 51 link, it shows the presidents attempt to dictate!!!

Reports of the incident vary -- assuming it is the same incident, and that there isn't a rash of tasering going on.

Some reports indicate that the person was being physically disruptive, that the police had been called because he refused to stop being disruptive, and that the tasering occurred because he resisted arrest. That conduct -- resisting arrest, regardless of what he was trying to say -- is valid grounds for being stunned.

Whether you think he should have been arrested in the first place -- that is a separate question, and I don't have sufficient facts to make an informed opinion.

I think the use of the taser gun was excessive and not necessary. The wonderful thing about the United States is that the courts can decide.

The brat deserved it, he should've listened to the officers and calmed down. He resisted arrest as well. He needed the dose of reality

Listen to him shriek when he gets the taser.... what a wimp.

Hey fella, how about checking your facts before making asinine accusations and talking about insane conspiracy theories.

The guy absolutely deserved what he got.

Freakin' liberal hippies.
