I am pregnant & I used to have my period every 3 weeks, does that mean my average length of cycles is 21 days? If not, how do you determine your length of cycles?

Yes, if the length of time between the start of one period and the next one is usually 3 weeks, than your average cycle length is 21 days.

I think you just count. Start at day one (being the first day of your last period) and stop on the day before your next period. How ever many days it takes to get to the first day of your next period is the length of your cycle. It is important to start your count on day one of your period.

I like to use this website to help me keep track.

Your cycle length is not important now that you're pregnant. It is important when trying to figure out when you ovulate. Why do you want to know this now?
