I'm very confused. I am 6 weeks pregnant and bled for 4 days which now has stopped.. at first i had really bad cramps but it was only clear & pink...which soon turned into brown spotting. After that it began to be redish brown...NOT heavy heavy..but not spotting. Eventually it turned into brown spotting again & now it stopped. I had NO cramps after the first bit of blood..which I think is weird. This is my first pregnancy which makes me unbelievably sad & worried. My best friend always says she had her period the first 3 months of her pregnancy & it was like that. What's weird is that I still feel pregnant..Did anybody have this..if so what happened..?

Why haven't you called your doctor? They can make sure it's normal or not. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I haven't had any spotting at all with either pregnancy. Cramping and spotting is not a good combination. Call your doctor so he/she can check you out.

It is normal to have some bleeding in the first trimester, as long as it doesn't get heavier than a period. Still tell your OB and go in for a check ASAP.
