Hmm, thats about 60grams of oil daily, so about 540 calories and almost a day's worth of fat.

I think you will put on weight and get high blood lipids, both of which are bad for your health.

Sounds like a good plan but bentonite may not be necessary as a daily supplement. When you use it however you should also drink lots and lots of water. If you want to kill Candida you will need to take much more oil of oregano - 15-30 drops at least, I would increase the dose slowly by 1 drop per day. If you have mercury amalgam in your teeth (silver fillings) then the Candida yeast are actually protecting you from toxic heavy metal overload. If you have them removed by a biological dentist then your Candida will go away naturally with this treatment. Increasing your Vitamin A to 30,000 IU per day will also eliminate or dramatically reduce acne. Because soap is alkaline and skin is acid I wouldn't use soap on my face with acne because the bacteria grow too fast on skin that isn't acidic. You can mix a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in 4 oz of water and clean your face with a sponge or pad - the AC vinegar cuts grease, nourishes the skin, tones it and keeps it acidic so no bacteria grows and causes secondary infection. Good luck :)

Virgin coconut oil is very good for you!! But it has to be VIRGIN. Organic virgin is the best.
It will help lose weight, lower cholesterol, clear up you skin, clean out your colon and many other things.

The bad coconut oil has been hydrogenated and is not good for you at all.

I read that coconut oil is actually good for your cholesterol levels and that it has gotten a bad rap. It was first denigrated when margarine came into fashion. Now we know that margarine is awful for you. Look it up on the web, there is tons of information.

No. Coconut oil is the only vegetable product that contains cholesterol, or saturated fat, or something. Anyway, it's bad for you. Take olive oil instead;

Coconut oil is great used topically on hair, skin and nails, but it is decidedly NOT a good idea to consume it as it's highly saturated and will clog your arteries, just as palm oil will. NOT a good choice, my man.

Your "bad cholesterol" score will go up over time, and you will experience "looser", well...... you know!

Why would you want to do this, exactly?
