it is so funny, one of my friend used to do just that..he would put a wind breaker on this dummy with yankees hat on and sunglass..and he would set his dummy on the passenger seat so he can drive his car on carpool lane during the rush hour traffic. hahahaha.

Sounds funny, but.........in Seattle they have nailed all sorts of people trying things similar to this.....there was even one lady who was preggers and she had the audacity to claim her unborn child was an extra passenger. No dice, BTW....
There was one guy who had two or three blow up dolls he clothed and swapped out as "passengers". The cops aren't that stupid, you know...he got a fine somewhere around $2000.

You can still get caught and get a hefty fine for violating the law. I know a girl who did this and she had to pay the fine when she was caught. It's embarrassing when the police bust you with a blow up doll in traffic!
