If a person take one monthful of battery water directly ftom the car, what will happen? On the other hand, if a person take one monthful of battery water from the bottle, what will happen? I am trying to get into working in a Forensic Department.

The water in a car battery mixes with acid and becomes acid.The water you but in the battery is water and will not harm anything.Hope this helps.

The water you buy to top up your battery (distilled water) will not harm you as it is pure water.
Once this water has been added to a battery it mixes with the acid already in the battery and becomes electrolyte.
This electrolyte is acid and, becomes stronger depending on the state of charge of the battery. A fully charged battery will have electrolite acid with the specific gravity being around 1250 - 1270.
Do not attempt to put battery acid into your mouth. In fact if you splash yourself with battery acid you will need to wash it off with lots of water. If it gets in your eyes or mouth you probally will need medical treatment.

Battery water from the battery is a mix of acid and water and would cause serious tissue damage. Since there is not such a thing as regular bottled battery water I assume you mean distilled water, which is harmless.

battery water is supposed to be purified water and when its used in the battery it becomes sulfuric acid
