I am writing an essay on how people see us how we see ourselves. and Am currently stuck on what to write about. any ideas to help me get writing, would be helpful. thanks

Percieving also means here: feeling, understanding and accepting. Our human nature is spirit and body. Whatever you have in your spirit or your mind is what you bring into action through or with your body. Our thoughts generally determine our actions. Yes, if I think I'm nobody that's the way people see me too. The opposite is the same. The best person however is the one who knows his limits, accept others the way they are, accept failures but can improve himself anytime.

I think you are a conscientious student struggling with "writers block". This is a good question. In a stage of growth and development we are very concerned about "what others think of us." Also in 12 Step groups like Alcoholics Anonymous there is a step 4 where you take a searching moral inventory.

One thing I have struggled with is being to self-critical.
