No it's not confirmed that I am. However there is a good possibility as I've forgotten several pills this month.

Women will spot regardless if they get pregnant on birth control or not. Usually the spotting is just from implantation. If you have already established that you are pregnant and you start spotting, however, you should call your doctor just to be on the safe side. I have had spotting that resulted in miscarriage and spotting that could not be determined why. Missing pills can cause women to spot whether they are pregnant or not.

I'm Sorry, but this is the wrong forum for your question. Spotting can occur during pregnancy. If you are pregnant and still using birth control, there's the potential for more problems for you and your baby. Only a doctor, preferably a GYN, can give you accurate answers to your questions.

I would go to a urgent care facility or hospital to get a test done or even a ultrasound to determine if you are having a miscarriage. If you are not pregnant this will through off you cycle and you may have regular period at end of month.
