No. Not at all. Not today, anyway. Today, saying the right words and saying them at the right time can say far more than action can accomplish. Besides, some people don't need actions to feel better. They just need a good word.

Not really. Some actions are made when a person can't handle the things being thrown at them. They more than likely don't mean to do these things. You can be a very hard worker and still a mean person, who hates your job and everyone that's part of it. It all depends on how you look at it I suppose.

Yes, they do. What you do as a person pretty much states who you are more than what you say. For example, Bush claims we're winning the Iraq War and he's a good president when the opposite is true.
