Ok, i found this website that i really like. its called:

It is not that simple. You would have to convert the format of the videos available there to mp4. That would drastically change the quality of the videos, and a good mp4 converter will cost you money. Im sorry, but unless you are really desperate to get videos from there onto your ipod it is not worth the hassle.

They're not MP3's, so ipod wouldn't take them, and the site is also set up so that you can't download the files anyway.

Please try TubeHunter Ultra which downloads videos from over 490 youtube kind webs to iPOD. It also downloads videos from tv-links.
