sharps and flats are the black keys.
Note names:
Semibreve = 4 beats
Minim = 2 beats
Crotchet or quarter note (2 crotchets = 1 minim)
Quaver or eighth note (2 quavers = 1 crotchet)
Semiquaver or sixteenth note (2 semiquavers = 1 quaver)
these are all the ones that I know. I hope this has helped.

some easy beats are 4/4,2/4(march beat),3/4(waltz).
