Well, there were so mysterious disappearance of people who were against her, that and or committed suicide!

The answer would be that she was never eligible for membership.
Skull and Crossbones is one of several "secret" societies at Yale College. Individuals are tapped for membership in these secret society at the end of their junior or beginning of their senior year. The last that I heard from friends who went to Yale College. Skull and Crossbones was composed exclusively of male students.
Both Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton went to other universities for their undergraduate degrees (Hillary at Wellesley and Bill at Georgetown). Despite the fact that they later went to Yale Law School, this fact disqualifies them from membership in Skull and Crossbones (or any other secret society at Yale College).
