Amplitude =2
w=1/2 =2pi/T so T = 4pi (period)
horizontal shift y=0
cos 1/2(x-pi)=1 so 1/2(x-pi)=pi/2 ( first value)
so x=2pi
Vertical shift
x=0 y= -2

Amplitude = 2 (the multiplier of the cosine function)\
Vertical Shift = -2 (the non-trig portion)
