I am a nurse and I look into everyone who posts a reply saying they are a doctor on here. It is illegal to impersonate a doctor- even on the internet- and there is one person in particular who's got to go. K a n e G. Take a look at his answers. In several answers he claims to be a doctor for 5 years, then 27 yrs delivering babies. Then he has other answers telling women to just yank their babies out and other vulgar responses. He can't even spell pregnant right. I have looked all over the internet for this Dr. Daniel Kane Gauldin and I'm sure he doesnt exist. Tomorrow I plan to ask the doctors I work for to try and locate this doctor but I'm sure they will come to the same conclusion. All it takes to get rid of this looser is another report from a reliable Answers user. Thanks for your help.

Beleive me I have reported this person on Answers. More than one person has to report it for Yahoo! to do anything about it. Doesn't anyone read the Comunnity Guidelines on here?

9 times out of ten when you get a moron that answers questions in that way, they are just kids looking for a laugh or people with a very poor sense of humor. While this may be very annoying and even illegal, there is very little you can do. You can report the dill hole but Yahoo will just remove the answer and let the user know they broke a guideline (woo hoo a slap on the wrist!). Some guy told me to kill my unborn baby and my daughter because this world is over populated....he got a warning and my account was suspended because I replied to a question he posted that said teh same thing with "we can start with minumizing the population with a bullet to your head" I was just getting even because my kids are my world and that was WRONG of his pompus butt to say. My point is Yahoo picks and chooses and even then, nothings stops these idiots from opening another account!! Yahoo needs to change their policy!!

I reported several of them answering questions in the "Pregnancy" questions. I find this site to be very helpful in getting opinions from other pregnant people. I hate when people act stupid.
I do appreciate the RN comments. I usually can tell when they are and aren't a nurse. I used to work the emergency room. Most OB doctor's won't comment on another OB doctor's patient. Most times being physically present, they won't do much to help unless it's an emergency.
And my experience on the net, these ignorant people being inappropriate, usually are young teenage boys who thinks it's funny. I just do what I have to and report. That's about all we can do.

Have you used the "report it" feature on his answers? Yahoo! Answers has Community Guidelines, and do not support illegal or unethical practices. At least that would remove him from this forum. If you really feel strongly about whether his actions are perpetrated elsewhere and endangering unsuspecting victims, then report him to the AMA - they certainly have a problem with his type. I have told people on here before not to believe anyone when they say they are a doctor, and maybe there are a few that DO come on here, but I doubt they have time to. A doctor would NEVER tell a woman to do something that would harm their baby.

I understand where your coming from but if this so called person is not actually perfoming any phyiscal contact or prescribing pills then i dont think anybody can do anything. I know its wrong as it can only take one person to do something what he says and something terrible happen i do hope i am wrong and you can stop this
