A cheese attack can mean a need for cheese. I could use some cheese myself. It could be lactose intolerance, the grease, and you have to drink more water with it. With cold liquids it doesn't dissolve too well. Why even psychology, what your doing at the time or something you regularly do or eat together with it. Bread messes me up with indigestion. Maybe it's too dry or something, the bread I mean. lol Oh, mold is the thing with cheese.

I believe that the bacteria is created through the process of heat breaking down the organic composition of milk for an extended period.
