The 9/11 commission report and the CIA backed his statements about 9/11 against the idiot Guiliani.

He has the most solid conservative voting record of any other candidate.

He wants to get rid of the IRS.

Re-Establish the gold standard and kill off the Federal Reserve & their stupid inflation practices.

He also completely follows the constitution, obeys his oath to protect and defend it.

Voted against the Iraq war, and would only go to war as the constitution states "With the vote from congress".

Win not ban gays from marriage because constitutionally the government has no right to.

Basically here is a guy who only has the agenda to obey the constitution as a rule of law. People hate him for it.

He wants to give all the responsibility back to the people instead of people wanting a big handout from uncle sam.

Why do you want the government in your business & abusing Habeus Corpus? It's unreal.

Vote for Ron Paul

To address this issue you have to look at what the "bashers" say about him

a)... He wants to abolish the Fed Reserve, and CIA
-What people fail to understand is that in theory a central bank should be good for the country right? and it might be if it wasn't for the fact that it is not owned or controlled by the United States government, A privately owned central bank creates money out of NOTHING and then charges interest.. The central bank causes inflation by creating debt/money for loans and credit and making these funds readily available. The economy boomed. Then they use the inflation which they created as an excuse to shut off the loans/credit/money. The resulting shortage of cash causes the economy to falter or slow dramatically and large numbers of business and personal bankruptcies result. The central bank then seizes the assets used as security for the loans. The wealth created by the borrowers during the boom was then transferred to the central bank during the bust.

The CIA was created after world war 2, but contrary to popular belief it is not a name Americans can trust... Esp since it employed former Nazis to begin with it.. It has had major ties to the mob, been involved in many scandals like assassinations and drug smuggling; embezzlement fraud... funded terrorist organizations, and the head of the CIA.. Mr. George Bush's father, that should be a red flag to anyone... Once this is eliminated.. Ron will IMPLEMENT a security system that actually does its job...

b)) He doesn't have any chance of winning
- A very low percentage of Americans support this war, a candidate that is for it, simply unelectable. The top tier democratic candidates (Obama and Clinton) haven’t even been able to deliver a proper exit stragety for Iraq.. and the rest of the republicans besides Ron support Bush’s failed agenda. Jennifer Haman said it best “Ron Paul is winning, he is winning in debates and straw polls and sweeping the Internet” If he has absolutely no chance of winning, why is that he seems to beat the top tier Republican candidate, Rudy Giuliani, in almost all polls? “The other day a person said to me that they really liked all of Ron Paul's views and ideas, but why vote for him if he can't win? That logic confounds me. Was the person really saying that it makes more sense to vote for someone you don't like, who will get into office and hurt you, just because he has a better chance of winning? It is astonishing the way some people think. The only thing you get when you vote for a guy you do not like is policies you do not like – policies that will hurt you, hurt your pocketbook, and hurt your family”

c) He blames America for 9/11
-This out of all of them happens to be the most ignorant accusation... He blames foreign policy one that the government implements not the citizens of America... Both the CIA and the 9/11 commission report recognizes that there are unintended consequences i.e.: blowback... this has nothing to do with the people of America.. Get it straight...

d) He's "crazy"

President Kennedy had changed his mind on the Cold War, had stopped nuclear testing in the atmosphere Kennedy promised to shatter the CIA.. as well as the Fed.. He signed an executive order shortly before his death.. I suppose he was insane to then???

e) He is an isolationist
He BELIEVES IN trading and negotiating with foreign countries.. I hope people are smart enough to realize that fighting wars under false pretenses does not make friends.. Paul's first amendment would prohibit the use of taxpayer funds for payment of UN dues, an important step toward withdrawing America from the UN altogether (Paul's popular bill, HR 1146, would not only withdraw America from the UN, but also evict the organization from its New York headquarters). The second amendment directs the administration to withdraw the United States from UNESCO (the United Nation's Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization), a virulently anti-American and anti-western UN offshoot. UNESCO is nothing more than a propaganda mouthpiece for the usual globalist causes, including international abortion and population control; politically correct UN curriculum for American schools; UN control of federal land in America; cultural relativism; and global taxation, just to name a few. President Reagan wisely withdrew the U.S. from UNESCO in 1984."

f) He wants to get rid of the income tax.
- I don’t understand why anyone would have issues with this, but “As far as the working man is concerned, Ron Paul also wants to help out there. He wants to get rid of the Income tax. I hear all the time: that is not practical, that is not possible, and we need the income tax. I say okay, but would you like it if the Income Tax was gone? The answer is always yes. Well, you can have what you want. Under Ron Paul's plan, we only need to return to the spending levels of the year 2000 to be able to eliminate the Income tax. In fact, the Income tax is only one of many, many different taxes and tariffs that the government seizes to collect money and without this one particular tax, the government can run just fine.” Jennifer Haman

Read the link, the problem is government spending.. until thats under control, we will always be paying the debt through taxes http://www.ronpaullibrary.org/document.php?id=456

Gold bugs don't understand the dangers of price deflation - when you introduce free market reforms in all other respects, real prices fall because of the efficiencies gained.

Also most of those efficiencies were gained in the 1990s as a result of free trade, which Ron Paul opposes.

That said yes, ideo, the Fed did cause the Depression. That's another issue the Mises-ians aren't 100% right about - - - - increasing the money supply by 50% over nine years, that was inflationary but the Fed overreacted, cutting not just the growth of money but the money supply itself, by 1/3, between '29 and '32.

But Ron Paul wouldn't have solved the problem either, because he'd have supported the tariff!

Yea because Interracial marriage, Woman rights and African American rights where left for state to state bases right? It's Conservative Change Fearing B.S, it should be this simple. Gay marriage is legal everywhere, they did it in Canada and they are doing better then the entire united states. Noted: "Wimpy Gays" your a bigot sunshine, you don't know jack. You support Discrimination, that's not freedom. Your contradicting yourself, you don't know very much. Noted part 2: Right, Killing me because I'm bisexual/Gay would be just like a person murdering simple because their a different gender or race that's a Hate Crime. Besides the Matthew Shepard Hate Crime Bill was finally signed by Obama. As for getting handed free stuff how is applying for a job and then getting turned down simple because I'm Gay/Bisexual or getting fired because I'm simple Gay/Bisexual getting a hand out?

Ideogenetic, you learned the wrong lesson from the depression.

It wasn't a failure of free markets, it was the result of specific government and federal reserve policies, including: tariffs, federal spending grows three times faster than taxes (which were growing faster than ever), and artificially low interest rates.

The government had pretty much taken control of the economy by 1913, here's your lesson: the depression happened AFTERWARD and we've been neck deep in debt ever since.

Well that is a great question.
I do not feel people bash him as much as the corrupt media but the followers of the TV will tend to be brainwashed into the media way of thinking. The public needs to start using common sense and logic. ONly then will they see this hero for what he is. A true patriot fighting for our rights and our money that is illegally taken from us. Remember the more a lie is spewed on TV the more these feeble minds conform. Take action , avoid the TV its dumbing our people down. They want you to believe their lies and deceptions and only free thinking and critical thinking people can see past these wrongful rants of lies and cover ups.
The truth will come to pass. I just hope America wakes up before its too late.

Because the majority(i.e. our "supposed democracy" preachers, even though they have no clue what it really means) lack common sense. I believe many feel that their intentions are justified in following the status quo, but that's where the problem lies. The Status Quo. Can you truly begin to imagine how far we could have already advanced as a civilization if we were not hampered by the control freaks who use democracy as their incorporated blanket? I believe we would already be colonizing Mars or would have begun 15 years ago. Of course the last part is just an example.

If you were not propagandizing for him and would do the following you would see why.
Listen to him. That is funny enough
Look at his attendence record. Even worse
Look at his accomplishments in The House. 0
He wants to go back to the gold standard. I would too if I owned mines and held gold on my own.
Habeus Corpus, what a laugh, do you know what it means?
Paul has always been good at getting rid of things, but what to replace them with. UHHHH
Follows the constitution? While defrauding the gov each time he draws a paycheck.
It is just too easy.

Because he votes the way he says he will. He is his own person, he tells you straight up this is how I feel. Basically he does not lie, and the American people would never vote for a candidate that does not want to screw them over and lie straight to there face. Sadly the American people expect their leaders to lie to them and Ron Paul can not do that.

People are like sheep and follow what the media tells them instead of getting the facts.

The reason he wants to get rid of the CIA is because they are the reason most terrorist hate America, the CIA interviews in too many other countries business for US private company profits like Iran of 53.

People only look at the big picture, have no clue about history or facts and blindly listen to Fox and CNN.

For this reason, the US has government has betrayed its own people and will continue to do so for personal profits.

People bash him because there's somebody to bash everybody. That's the reason we have different political parties, and have to hold an election. Just because you like him doesn't mean anybody else will.
