No! But I can always tell who has done this when every answer above the answer with no thumbs down has a thumbs down! That is ridiculous to do this. These people would be much better off providing quality answers rather than spending time hitting the thumbs down buttons! I think they are pitiful!

now and returned i do it. when I see thumbs down on relatively stable solutions or perhaps on al the solutions there..unwell do it simply by fact the guy putting the thumbs down could have responded and then they could get a thumbs down. i will additionally placed thumbs down whilst im the only answer with a thumbs down.
