When you run scans on your computer do you have to do it in safe mode for it to work?

No you do not. What type of scan are your referring to? If you're looking to do desktop scans, you can do it in normal mode as well.

No, you do not. In safe mode, you can do barely do anything (if anything at all). Just do it in regular mode.

Its not necessary, but you can do it once in a while. Start computer and keep pressing F8. Good luck.
