I haven't yet tasted a Cheese i havent liked but two favourites of mine are Colliers and Stilton Cheese

Hi,
I am not a great cheese fan but -
Good old Cheddar in cooking, but that white stuff embedded with fruit is fine on a cracker.
I use goat cheese in a moussaka, just to be traditional to it, but I cannot abide stilton or edam muck.
Each to their own !

Really smelly ones like Gorgonzola,Camembert, .Danish Blue, also like Seriously Strong Cheddar. Tried goats cheese once though and didn't like it !
