its been 10 min, and it is still there.....should i get some dental floss and make a leash and collar for it?

Yes...please...DO give it a name...how about Buzz? Go get the dental floss, make that little leash and collar...
Now...do you have something to use as a tag? If it get's out, you don't want people thinking that you abandoned your beloved pet....that would be a real shame...
