We constructed a house in our plot in chennai and living in the house for the past 3 yrs.Our neighbour has constructed a house in their plot.They have raised the foundation to our compound wall level and have windows at stategic points facing our windows .We get all the dust from that side as our house has become low .If we raise the compound wall the appearance may not be so good ( may be it will have prison like look) Kindly suggest me ways to get over this problem

Are there any rules where you live about things of this nature? If not you probably need to keep the windows closed on that side. Dont know what else you can do.
