My husband and I got married 01/01/2005, and now I've discovered that he is still married to his second wife, too. So, is our marriage legal or not???

I would say no way.. Poligamy is against the law as well. He needs to divorce any legal wife before you and then remarry you..that is if you'd still want him after this nonsense! I'd say, since you're not legally married, you have some choices here..Report him to law enforcement and have him arrested, just have him legally divorce the other or others? and remarry you, or tell him to go back where he came from and to get the H___ out of your life forever! I'd opt for the last one..

I now pronouns you single, No you are not married to him, if he was married before you and him... he has to get a divorce first, and then he can marry you, then you would be legally married. You should have done some homework, like checking court records, it is open to the public, to see if he was really free to marry, sorry this happen to you.

Your marriage is nullable, meaning it could be declared null and void. Your marriage does not exist in the first place because there was an impediment of an existing marriage. But you have to have it declared as null and void by the state or church where you got married.
