Hi,
I remember when Superman was first put on TV, in glorious monochrome when I got home from primary school, some 40 + years ago.
I to am a bit nostalgic in that respect.
We actually beleived some of it, and talked about it in the playground.

So Superman must be now about approaching 70
He doesn't look it

I suppose as Bart Simpson is now 22. but is still 8.

Illusion !

Well not films like the Sound of Music as that could make *anyone* feel nostalgic as it is repeated all of the time and not even Mary Poppins as we have "Supernanny" now who makes M.P. look believable in comparison,.
I suppose I picked up my Mother's nostalgia so it became mine - Brief Encounter,Casablanca that sort of thing... and of course whenever the young Sean Connery comes on I have my own superman every time!
