Is the wet capacity of an oxygen tank the same with other cylinders (i.e. acetylene cylinder, SCUBA cylinder)?

It isn't obvious what 'wet capacity' means in this context. Oxygen is stored at much higher pressure (2200 psi) than air in SCUBA tanks (200 psi I think) or acetylene (dissolved in acetone, a few dozen psi)
therefore O2 tanks are heavier. Standard capacities can be found on welding sites as here
