i have done a bad thing , i have asked so many questions trying to be a clever person so i won`t be able to keep track of them and when i get a heads up email i shout yeh a know!

That expression is usually said by someone who is angry and wants to let you know what a stupid thing you did.
However we all do stupid things and need help to repair the damage we've done.There is nothing wrong with asking and receiving it. If I can help you I will; but not with money. I'm broke

no but what people do and don't is another story.
taking responcibility for ourselves and doing things out of stubbournness or from a lack of understanding do happen
