I read about an electron microscope...?

...that has been able to see images as small as atoms, although barely visibly. Does anyone know where I'd be able to see any pictures they took of them?

Electron microscope are not capable of such resolution. Scanning tunneling microscope and related instruments can, though. The Wiki link below has a pic.
