my verizon phone had an upgrade for it last month which would be august so can i still get an upgrade for it or do i have to wait longer cuz it is a worthless peice of ****!!!!

If it was just last month go back to them and tell them its a POS, Raise he11 until they give you a new one at no cost.

Most cell companies give you 14 days to swap out a new phone free of charge.

If it is an issue of it actually not working, they most likely will replace it with the same model. But if you just don't like it, you are simply SOL.


Oh, and I would disregard the advice above about going in and throwing a fit. If you are very nice, they will probably bend over backwards to help you, if you behave like an a*s, you will get NOTHING!!!!

Yes, but hurry! If it's less than a month you can swap it out with no charge. It's worth going to the store to ask anyway.

I got a razor and it sucked, so I went back to a newer form of an LG. It's thicker, but it works great!
