I use BowFlex or puching a puching-bag, and I play soccer and won which helps me going. Most of all, my kind of exercise is taking a long walk with my frends and talk which is sound pretty fun to do.

I used to use my elliptical trainer, but now I just go on long walks with my dog every day. I love it.

riding bikes is a really good execise because you world a lot of you muscles in your body like the leg muscles, arms, back *(etc)
