I love the girls names, especially Isabella Rose. Isabella seems to be my favorite girl name right now, along with Natalie. I really like the boys names, too. =)

I really like the name Alayna Brielle -- it just has a great ring to it.
I'm not that fond of the names Isabella and Sophia, but Rose and Elise are cute. Instead of Sophia, why not just Sophie? Sophie Elise sounds good, or even Sophie Rose.
Personally, I hate the name Trevor, but Ryan's good. Bennett Charles or Nolan Charles would be cute for a boy. Since Charles is a pretty common old-fashioned name, you might want to go with a more unique first name.

I love Charles for your grandpa. ;) I'm actually surprised you don't also have Charlotte on the girl list, in his honor! It certainly has the same feel as your other first name choices, but isn't quite as overused (still common and familiar, however ... nearly in the top 100, just not the top TEN). ;)
Which I suppose gives you an idea of my thoughts on the girl list, so I won't even go there. LOL I will say that you might want to rethink the combos, however. Isabella Rose -- Is a bell a rose? -- is a question. Isabella should definitely be paired with a middle name that isn't also a word. Sophia Elise is also quite difficult to say together, since Sophia nearly ends with the same sound Elise begins with. Alayna Brielle is just not my style at all.
Of the boy choices, I much prefer Ryan over Trevor -- Trevor always seems the stereotypical snobbish 80s name to my ear LOL -- but I actually prefer Charles, for your grandfather, as the FIRST name, even more than Ryan! ;) And the nickname Charley is adorable. That would be just perfect. ;)

Isabella Rose is used so many times it's not even cute anymore.
Sophia Elise I like Elise but I don't like Sophia I never liked the name Sophia.
Alayna is a great name but not with Brielle as the middle name
Ryan Charles and Trevor Charles,
I think Charles is a good middle name but Ryan and Trevor are soo boring.
I like the name Ryan if you used it for a girls name.

Isabella Rose- My Favorite! Love Isabella with the nickname Bella and Rose is such a nice middle name.
Sophia Elise- Love Sophia, Elise is ok, Sophia Elle would be cute.
Alayna Brielle- Alayna is cute and like the nickname Aly with it. Brielle is ok, sounds more like a last name to me. Alayna Bree is cute.
Ryan Charles- Ryan is nice, not my style though. I like that your putting the middle name as Charles and that it means someting to you.
Trevor Charles- Trever is ok, I think Trevor and Charles flow nicely together and compliant each other well.

I really like the name Charles. It goes well with the names too. Well there isn't much to say about your names though that they are absolutely beautiful. I love them all except I don't like Alayna Brielle as much as some of the others. My favorites are:

Isabella and Sophia are awfully popular right now. I don't care for the spelling of Alayna.
Ryan and Trevor are okay, but I think the best name on your list is Charles. You might consider naming a future son after your dear grandfather.
