We all feel sad or overwhelmed from time to time. You need to recharge. Take a break, a long hot relaxing bath, a drive in the country, go to the zoo. Just get away from the computer for a while. You should do this on a regular basis too so you don't get this feeling as often. Good luck. I hope you feel better!

3 years is a long time that's been taken from your life..it will be hard and it will take time but you've done the right thing for yourself..letting him go was better for you in the long run...he was just an obstacle to your greater findings...and you have the right to cry and be sad but soon enough you'll see that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and you've already shown that step by letting a loser like him go... whatever he's done and can't admit to only shows how much he cared (which is not much and not man enough) so girl you hold your head high cause you know dam well a guy like that does not deserve a good woman like yourself...for whatever reason he decided to do this to you when it comes down to it he just wasn't man enough to tell you his problems and dealt with it this way... go out with your gf's and have fun...flirt with other men but just keep it on the flirt level...go shopping..enjoy that now you didn't make the mistake of ending up with some unfaithful loser...good luck

i know what you mean. I've been in that mood before too. Anyways, I'm just going to guess that you are a girl (sorries if you're not) and say that you should treat yourself to a spa day/afternoon! give yourself a manicure, pedicure, find a recipe for a home facial mask, etc. if you can, invite friends over to share the fun with you. and/or watch a movie while you're relaxing. you'll feel more connected with yourself and others, which will hopefully bring you out of your lonely mood. and when all else fails, melt some chocolate and help yourself to chocolate fondue!

Listen to your favourite music, take a nap to gain some energy, talk to friends. Trust me, I don't feel so happy today either. We're all in the same boat at some point! =)

Go for a run or do something else active. Weird, but it works. I always have to literally force myself to go running, but when I come back I feel grrreat! :D
