In order for it to be justice there most be equality. The equality comes from taking the individual instance and giving it its fair understanding that its a unique circumstance just like anything else. Unfornutly it's because we can't always treat things equally that we really don't always have justice, we try to generlize to much which destories both..... espacially in cases of abuse, rape, melestation, and drug abuse, but really ever envent is unique and indivdiual and warrents its own equal focus so that justice can be had.
