I got into "jdk1.6.0_02" in the "Java" file and I saw alot of files and documents. Please tell me how to just open JDK and use it. Sincerely

JDK is collections of Java libraries in JAR files. You cannot open JDK perse but you can see the content of jar file by executing: jar tf something.jar. You can extract the jar file which give you many class files. If you want to study the Java code itself, you need to download the source code.

Anyway, for standard development, you don't need to open JDK. Netbeans uses JDK automatically when it compiles your code.

i think of this is useful whilst installation those connections to apply a sq. browser which delivers quite of help in installation a connection, so which you a minimum of might properly be sure you may get to it from the browser. i take advantage of SQuirreL, which fits for all the favored RDBMSs. you will first ought to locate the MySql get entry to in the Drivers record and edit the classpath to incorporate the jar you downloaded. Then, you would be waiting to create an alias using that motive force. it supply you a splash template for coming up the JDBC URL. you need to be waiting to discern it out from that. with the aid of the way, there is notably much in no way any stable reason to set the CLASSPATH ecosystem variable. it quite is used globally with the aid of all Java purposes. you're plenty extra effective off using settings that are particular on your utility. the type you enforce this relies upon on the variety of utility and the ecosystem you're working in.
