The middle one. Also, when you tense up that means that your muscles contract causing it to be more difficult to pull your tampon out. Just relax and everything will be just fine. Best of luck!

Middle hole, dear. Use a mirror down there so you can see what you're doing. One foot up on the toilet seat. There are two sets of doors. You get past the outer doors, then you have to wiggle back and forth past the second set of doors. When the tampon moves freely up and down, you proceed down the hallway until you can't go any further. Then you remove the applicator and you're done.
Two tips: Use KY or some other water-based lubricant (yogurt's ok) on the outside of the applicator. It will slide in more easily if it's greased.
Do not try to take the tampon out until it's been 6 hours or when you tug the string it starts descending easily. If you tug it out when it's not absorbed menstrual fluids, it will be dry, and drag in your vagina. That hurts, but it can be done slowly.
It's really not hard, it just takes practice. Use the slender-est kind you can find the first time.

In middle hole. Honey... Before you start insert the tampon. Just relax and hold the breath and let it out. Just take a time and relax before you start. Just follow the instructions. You can't leave it for 8 hours. You have to change it every 4 t 6 hours. I had done it when I was teen.

You stick it in the middle one. It's the big one right under where you pee. And you have to put it in the direction your vagina is, and when removing it, take it out the same way you put it in. Wait tell it's soaked up a lot of blood before you take it out, or else it will be uncomfortable to take out. Make sure that you stick it up all the way, if you don't you can't feel it. Don't keep it in over 8 hours, and don't use a tampon for discharge. That's about it! Good luck!

you put it in the same place the bloods coming from, grab a mirror and look. don't try it unless your flow is heavy. it slids out really easy when it's full, helps to push like having a bowel movement, very hard to pull out dry so don't try. insert holding on to the top edge of the outside tube of the applicator with your thumb and middle fingers. push it in till your fingers are firmly against your body (there's an angle you feel around a bit you'll get to know it, it's tipped back a bit angled towards your back, don't force it straight in) and push the inner tube of the applicator with your pointer finger continuing to hold the outer tube firmly in place. wear a panty liner, the first couple times let it over flow onto the liner before your remove it to be sure it's throughly wet and easy to remove. probably every 2-3 hours. still always good to wear a panty liner, saves the panties and accidents are felt and can be cleaned up easy. good luck.

kk you put it in the middle which is the opening of the vagina obviusly. to put it in you have to loosen up and just slowly put it in. if ur trying totake it out then loosen up and take it out. if ur tense up then the hole will sorta close up and it will be hard to take it out.
