Yes, but not very often.
Just to amuse you all I remember one Christmas when we had a buffet lunch at work and there was beetroot, one of the guys overdid it with his love of beetroot and was panicking the following day when his waste was coming out red, he thought he was bleeding until it was pointed out how much beetroot he had eaten lol.

weird, i was dreaming about beetroot last night, don't ask me i have no idea! i love beetroot, not too hard not too soft it has to be just right.
