It can, yes. Are you still in high school? Your period probably won't be very regular anyway since your body is still changing. If you don't get another period in three weeks or so you may want to see your gynecologist for advice on your exercise program, but missing a period due to a new extreme workout schedule is pretty normal for a teenage girl.

For the first year, anything goes, period wise. You may get a period, you may skip, you may bleed a little or a lot. There's no way to tell, so wear a pantiliner at all times, just in case.

Yes, exercising can affect your period, but you'd have to nearly kill yourself regularly with exercise for that to happen. When the body is very stressed for any reason, it shuts down the menstrual system in order to focus on more important issues, like rebuilding muscles, moving energy to important muscle groups, etc.

If this is only your 3rd period in your life, I wouldn't be too worried.

I can't tell if you will or not....you just either will or you won't. If you keep stressing out about it, you defintiely won't.

Just keep the pads in your purse. When you start bleeding, put one in :) Waste not, want not.

Yes......... excercising a lot can make you miss a period.
