Do questions get violated because the Yahoo team doesn't like your question, or do they get violated because random members report it? It would seem like if the Yahoo team reported it, then it would be violated not too long after you ask the question...

they violate cause the have nothing better to do with their time maybe they should actually start asking and answering questions...

Both.
Some questions don't post because they automatically delete it if you contain some bad words in it etc. Also, some members just report people for the sake of it.
