Wow, you are already doing wonderfully well! :-) Look at the number of stars you got, and the number of responses. What a wonderful start.
Well, be yourself, I would say. Don't hesitate to ask whatever it is u want to ask. Dont hesitate to state ur views. We all want honesty. But keep the site clean and non-abrasive. U might get addicted coz there's so much happening here at any time of day. Keep an open mind. Know which answers to ignore coz some of them might just be playing with ya, or downright rude/ugly in their thoughts. Dont let it get to u. But u will also find a good number of very helpful, learned, thoughtful people here. And you'll also get to laugh coz there's some funny people here :). Goodluck and have fun learning and exploring!

1. You will have to weed through s.hit to get to the good answers. Such is life.
2. If you think people are stupid in general, you will be more surprised at how right you are.
3. Don't take anything personally. See #2.
4. Expect to have all questions that are interesting be flagged and deleted by the Y/A bot that doesn't actually READ the flagged questions.
5. Remember to 'star' interesting questions so your contacts can see them too.
6. If its a serious question be serious.
7. Remember to have fun!

More than likely you will become addicted. I love it here. There are a lot of really fun/FUNNY, caring and understanding people out there. You do have to be careful of the yahoo police though. A question of mine got deleted because I asked how old everybody was. And yes, there are the idiots, racists, the homophobes, the meanies, and the perverts, but I think you can handle them. Have fun!

Welcome...Trolls exist on Y!A I don't give angry responses to anyone on the religion spirituality section and if I have I'm probably being sarcastic but with all the love intended...not sure but I think the religion section has their own definition of a Troll... I could be wrong...Oh yeah watch out for Lori I noticed last night someone pissed in her Cheerios..

Be sure you answer a question, even if only yes or no. Expect violation notices, usually from trolls that make false reports to Yahoo.

You do not need to pack, spend a lot of money, wait in lines, get on a plane, etc. . . . . . .
You can make a bunch of GREAT people and sit in your pj's and have fun!!!!!!
