how can i add a person in my frienslists?i'm new here?

Just like that. I just added you to my list.

There are two ways. One is to roll your cursor over the person's name at a question or an answer and a little dialog box will appear that lets you either add them to your contacts list or block them. If you don't know enough about them to make the decision, then click on their name or their avatar (picture) and read their profile. I usually look at the questions they have asked. If they haven't asked any, or not many, then I go to a few of the most recent of their answers and read what they have said. If there's a lot, I click on the option to sort their answers by "best answer," and read a few of those.

You can always take them off again, or even block them, if you get disappointed in them.

Click on a person's avatar (the picture or figure that accompanies their question or answer) then click on +ADD. This will generate an e-mail to them informing the you have added them. Generally, after receiving this e-mail, they will add you in return.

Your fans: People who have added you as a contact. They will receive your questions in e-mails.
Your contacts: People you have added as a contact which makes you their fan. You will receive their questions in e-mails.

You can add as many as 200 contacts. When you have reached your limit, you can remove those who aren't answering your questions (or whose questions you find to be annoying or pointless) to allow for more to be added. There is NO limit on how many fans you can have. The more fans you have, the more answers you receive!

You mean contacts list? Just go to their profile and click the little green plus sign above their avatar picture that says "add to contacts".
