smackdown-they lost masters, chavo, edge, helms, hardcore holly, and flair(maybe not flair)
ecw-just because how small their roster is

raw is consider fine, they still have good main eventer and vince around. kennedy and umaga will be back next month anyway
sd is also consider fine, the main event roster is fine with the return of taker, those guys u listed r mostly mid and low card so it wont harm them anway excluding edge though (hey funaki suspended as well)
ecw is the worst, there is like no worthy main event star to watch for except cm punk, even john morrison coms bak is still sux for ecw, the roster has only 12 ppl, hell they even needed to put stevie richard in contention for the title man

WWE right now has bad rosters due to the supenisons, but they are all coming back October.
Right now ECW has the worst roster.
Smackdown or RAW is going to get better when Y2J returns on the 3 hour episode of RAW in October

ECW
They have maybe 10 wrestlers tops. They have built up the Boogeyman to be so unstoppable but they have Big Daddy V squash him. They desperately need some new talent

Raw-They only lost Booker & Haas..the rest are injured..they're going to return
Smackdown!-They only lost Flair..the rest are injured
ECW-Their roster is way too small and they lost Sabu, RVD, Marcus Cor Von

ECW and Smackdown cause of the steroid incident and the draft made those wo rosters horrible.

i really think sd becuase of all the injuries but still great show.who is really dominating is ecw even though they dont have much superstars they have lots of talent but the main events arent that good any more like come on extreme expose they dont do anything thats why none of them are champions.when i think about it ecw really sucks now execpt cm punk he awsome.

all of them are in pretty bad shape. ECW cuz they only have a few guys & only half of them are credible
