i am following a guide from portforward.com but i need to find my name servers, i called pipe but they refused to give me it is there another way?

You can assign a static address, and still use the router as your default gateway and DNS server. Just don't assign an address in the range that the router uses for DHCP.

Your internal nameserver is the router, this acts as proxy. for fixed public (internet) IP address you have to subscribe to this from your ISP.
