Yes I do. You generally get what you need but what you want seems to often be out of reach.

I go hungry on too many occasions, sometimes it's very difficult to prioritize and sacrifice one thing in order to have another. It's difficult and too many times it's too unfair, I've had utilities shut off, I've had clothes that don't fit due to weight loss or weight gain (yes, it is a medical fact that food is not the only thing to cause weight gain), so NO in general I don't always have what I need.

For the most part, many people receive much more than what they actually "need" in order to sustain a decent living. An old saying: "Never wish you hard for something. You just might get it." Or something on that order. In general, the more one has, the less one appreciates them.

I have a lot of things I need but there are a few things missing - perhaps the need is not so great in this now moment.

I used to believe it a lot more than I do now. I do believe we create our own reality, for the most part.

Not really...I think life gives you OPPORTUNITIES to get what you need. But it's your choice to use 'em or not...
