Abortion is legal, I think the length of pregnancy before termination has to be reassessed. Most women in the first few weeks know they are pregnant and abortion in the way of two tablets taken a week apart is one of the quick and easy ways. What I don't understand is when a woman can be pregnant and at 5 months decides she wants a termination( of a perfectly normal baby),where in some cases the pregnancy has gone on so long, the baby has survived.
I understand if the child was severely damaged and would not have a good. quality of life, but there has to be a line

I think it should be, many times people are not ready to have a child. Sometimes, they are a victim of rape and get pregnant, other times they are poor and wouldn't want to have to live with the agony of not being able to give their child a good life. I remember one, my mother and I were walking by some protesters against abortion and my mom asked them "Well if someone had a baby they couldn't take care of it would you take care of it?" she also asked them "Would you be willing to help in a foster home with kids whose moms legally had to give birth too?" "or would you adopt a baby ?" all the people answered No and looked at my mom like she was crazy. I do also say it is a matter of individual options, EVERYONE has a right to an abortion I feel. What if a pregnant teen has to give birth and dies in labor?

Hi!. As you said, it is a delicate subject. In some countries like where I come from, this had been an issue for years now.Since most of the populace are Catholics, every time this issue pops up,the Church is always there to rally against it.
it really is a matter of personal values and if one really has to undergo abortion, i think she has the right to decide for herself i.e. after thorough counselling has been done and information education has been imparted.
And if the procedure is really indicated, the pros and cons weighed, why shouldn't it be done?

Because it is a matter of individual opinion, it should be legalised. That way, everyone is happy. Those who choose to have abortions can, and those who don't don't have to.

25 years ago I did a dissertation on Roe-V - Wade..While I know that they are trying to overturn it. I never thought it would be done in my lifetime...Personally I believe that it's a woman's right to choose, and most of the time..the man is involved and I believe that they should leave it in place..that is why they say "Pro Choice"...I believe that if a woman wants an abortion?..no one and I mean no one should talk her or her sygnificant other into having a baby unless it is truly what they choose...
