Those lil ball things near my groin(not testicles..) the lil balls that are on your legs at the very top of each leg, one of them is swolen a bit and is sore. Every were in my bodies sore for unknown reasons but this place is weird cuse i dont think i over stretched my legs or did something that caused me to get hit their. Should i just wait a week to see if it goes down or should i just go to the doctor. (im 13, so im not very knowledgeable about these things)

I agree you should see someone right away but don't let people scare you (like John B) When your Dr. gives you a diagnosis you can decide when to worry. You may not need to worry at all! But go see a Dr., ok?

A swollen lymph node indicates a major infection. Get medical help A. S. A. P. Your doctor might want to meet you at the hospital emergency room. It's THAT SERIOUS.

Perhaps it may be hernia...ya..it can be so better check it out!Dont wait anymore cause you cant afford too information you give are still to vaugue..it may even be a tumour or something consult a docot and let your parents know as some of the things you cant make decision.Ask your dad to bring you to doctor if you feel more comfortable with that.

Any time a lymph node is swollen and /or sore they should immediately evaluated by a doctor.

My guess (this is difficult to determine without seeing them) is that they might be hidradentis supprativa. It's kind of like acne. It's hard to say though. Here's a website on hidradentis supprativa:

You need to see your doctor because you have some sort of infection that should be treated medically.

if it is swolen it was not in good condition...
my be you have an infection...

any open wounds that were infected in your lower extremities?
