Quickly tell your sister what you did before this goes any further (so she can tell the bank she knows what happen and everything things is okay), otherwise once the police get involved I think they can charge you for thief without your sister, even if you sister wants them to stop, if you stop it before the police get involve you should be okay all though your sister and you may be on shaky grounds for a while and may take a while to heal but it will be better than going to jail (imagine what all will happen in there!!!) and having a criminal record following you for the rest of your life...........hope you make your decision quickly....good luck!!!!!!!!

It all depends...since you're not 18 I'm guessing that is a custodial account which would mean that, no, you cannot legally withdraw from that account. If you were given an atm card with a pin then yes. And if your lucky the teller may not know what they're doing and just give you the money anyway. lol I'd go with having your mom get the money for you.

If you fess up, sis will just be mad at you. If the bank has to investigate and it gets turned over to the police, the police will have the option of pressing charges with or without your sister's consent and you could find yourself in ALOT of trouble since banks fall under Federal jurisdiction. Better not to make a mountain out of a molehill by involving the authorities and the bank (if you took out over $250 it could be treated as a FELONY, and if it was over $400 could be considered GRAND THEFT in some states!) . Find a way to give your sis the money back, or at least promise to pay her, and let her be angry (she has a right to be). Dont' get busted over something so stupid that could land you with a criminal record!

Well time to do what the hones old time Americans did. Confess and say sorry and pay it back in double or quadrouple or something stamps the "I'm not a real theif" gesture in her heart, before anything becomes complicated and out of control. If you get caught before you apologize you might as well expect never to be trusted with money within you family again. Trust me, make up for it in superflous and at least you can earn a good part of you name back.

Most atm's have camera's now so technically they could of gotten a picture of your car or you and she may see that and know it's you and now you have not only taken her card and her money without permission you have kept quiet about it and not just admitted your mistake and paid her back. Also your sister should not be sharing her bank card pin with anyone or leaving it out to be found...

I don't know how much you stole from your sister but when the big policeman comes and gives you a free ride in his car, I hope you think it was worth it. You have also destroyed the rest of your life. Tell your sister now and perhaps the process can be stoped.

That is theft. Doesn't the drive thru have a camera? Why are you here asking this question? You should be talking to your sister instead.

I would tell her sooner than later. Most banks have cameras at ATMS and in the branches. How did you get her pin number?
You will get caught and is it worth a few bucks to have your sister angry at you?

Yes. They will find out. And the police will charge you with theft. You better fess up now, and give your sister he money back... unless you want a criminal record that will stick with you for the rest of your life.
