I need to know the direct connections of a brake cylinder and the cv axle on my car if there are any at all, so I may have the mechanic repair it again, because I started having problems with the axles after having the cylinder repaired. 2001 kia optima

None whatsoever. I'm miss-understanding your question because you have brake calipers on your disc brakes and a master cylinder that bolts to your firewall. So what went wrong with the axles? The CV joints go bad occasionally but the axles rarely of ever go bad. Id be looking at your wheel bearings to see if a spline on the axle or inside the wheel bearing was broken.
