I have a 2000 galant, the fuse isn't blown, when I hit the button, it lights up as if it were on, but my fog lights don't light up.

Hate to say it but try to use different fuses first and make sure your looking at the right fuse and it really is for the fog lights. Check your mannual you may have a 2nd fuse under the hood controlling the fog lights and/or more. If all else fails pull out one of the fog lights bulb and see its ok. Lastly take a cheap $5 to $10 voltage tester and test for 12v source on the fuse and on the fog lights. You will find it then for sure.
