A. Your odds are one in a million, because:
there are a million pre-printed game cards and only 1 card is a winner.

B. No, the number of cards = Number of chances you have.
2 cards is 2 in a 1000000, 3 cards is 3 in a million and so on, even 10 cards is only 10 in a million or 1 in 100,0000, not so significant until you have hundreds of game cards.

A . If the way to win is a random number, then your odds are 1:1,000,000.....but if they only count the cards they sold ( lets say 500,000) then your odds would be 1:500,000

B. Not really significantly see your chance of winning is 0.000001 buying 2 cards raises it to 0.000002 ? Even thought you've doubled your chances of winning........its still not very high.

The odds of any card winning is 1:1,000,000 no matter how many cards you have. The more cards you get, the more 1:1,000,000 chances you have.
